I love when parents ask if it’s ok to bring some special items to newborn photo sessions, I always say yes! In this case they let me know that they wanted to include some special Native American items for part of their session. The cedar branches smelled heavenly and worked perfectly under the wood trencher. I was also able to use the small cedar basket and tiny moccasins with it and love how it turned out! They also brought along a special blanket that we used with baby wrapped in a plain swaddle which worked really well.
