90th Birthday Celebration! Extended Family Photographer Salem

I enjoy photographing families of all shapes and sizes so when I had the opportunity to photograph this large extended family on the occasion of their patriarch’s 90th birthday party I jumped at the chance! It was sweltering hot for this session but it’s hard to complain about the sun and heat after so much rain this year.

We managed to get through all sorts of configurations of family photos in an hour working quickly in order to get it done before everyone melted into a puddle. They were smart enough to schedule family photos to be done prior to the party so after we got the hard part done they got to enjoy the afternoon in the cool shade and celebrate!
