June 19: Grace sewing on one patch onto her girl scout vest. It’s a lot of work!
June 20: Grace helped me chase down dragonflies in the backyard tonight and I got several awesome macro shots of them!
June 21: Pretty pink flowers
June 22: Borrowed these exotic looking flowers from the neighbor’s yard for a fun photo.
June 23: A closeup of David’s workspace in his home office.
June 24: The daisies are starting to fade.
June 25: Stopped to pick up rootbeer and ice-cream and made rootbeer floats with Ethan and his sleepover friend after we dropped the girls off at girl scouts.
June 26: My Amazon order of toilet paper came in a ginormous box which the kids have happily decorated over the past few days.
June 27: Grace and her friend watching a late night movie together.
June 28: Grace found this ladybug in our yard, she’s still my bug girl!
June 29: Poor Ethan hasn’t been feeling well lately. He spiked a fever of 104 more than once which worried this mama!
June 30: Going through the children’s Tylenol and Ibuprofen again. Ethan is my child who frequently needs medication and yet hates the taste. We’ve tried almost every flavor and form (liquid and chewable) and bubblegum is apparently the worst.
July 1: The kids enjoy Izze as a late afternoon treat and love to jazz it up with a fun straw. Who can blame them?
July 2: Grace made some 4th of July decorations for us which we are enjoying.
July 3: Zoe hanging out on the recliner in the morning. What she doesn’t know is that her peaceful world is going to come to an end soon when our new puppy arrives!
July 4: Grace and Ethan with our friend Ryanne watching the Independence Parade. Grace was very good at making sure all the smaller kids got enough candy, such a sweet girl 🙂
July 5: This is my view every morning so far this summer…screen time ends at 10am!
July 6: Ethan shared his not so fun virus with mom and dad. I felt pretty icky and slept most of the day. After two pediatrician visits last week we wound up with an amoxicillin prescription for an ear infection which was likely a byproduct of whatever virus he had originally. He HATES the taste (no surprise) and so he drinks it with a small glass of raspberry lemonade to help mask the flavor.
July 7: I’m sure enjoying all this beautiful sunlight now that I can finally get outside with my camera and enjoy it! These cool little seed pods grow behind our house.
