I only did a handful of Christmas Minis in my studio this year, but it turned out they were all boys! I used my tree background with faux snow and had a variety of props on hand including a small sled, red toy truck, and pinecones. Every kid is different so sometimes what works with one won’t work with the next so I find having a variety of options is best. I also try to have props available that babies can hold since it usually distracts them enough to sit still for a few min. The red truck is a pretty popular prop for a lot of kids so it finds its way into Christmas Mini Sessions pretty regularly! Nothing more fun than driving a truck around and making some good Vroom Vroom noises.
