For Brady’s second birthday his mom asked if we could do a Little Blue Truck studio cake smash and an outdoor portion that included the family. We wound up meeting on a back to back days which worked out really well since we had to dodge some rain, and it spaced out the sessions. Most toddlers have fairly short attention spans so 20 minutes is about all I’m going to get in the studio! I set up the background with a rustic fall farm theme and they brought the banner, book, and cake. It turned out really well!
I’m really glad I brought along my small vintage red wagon to the outdoor session because he absolutely loved it. He pulled it along and collected leaves in it very happily. He wasn’t very happy at the end of the session when it went into my van, but I happen to know his parents had one ready for him to open at his party which I’m sure was a big hit!
