I did the first round of Fall Mini Sessions recently on a less than ideal weekend. When I initially looked at the weather forecast it was supposed to be dry but of course that wasn’t what happened…so I was able to do half the sessions scheduled and rescheduled the other half for later. Sometimes it kind of stinks being at the mercy of the weather! For those that I did photograph it was what turned out to be the last warm day of the year with a little wildfire smoke still lingering in the air. Not a lot of sunlight during the golden hour due to the hazy smoke, but the last photo I got of the day was my favorite with the tiny bit of pink sunset!
For those interested in Mini Sessions, I only hold them a few times a year and offer them to my Newsletter List first. Most times I fill all the slots that way but if not I’ll post any open times available on my Facebook page.
