Andrew was a pleasure to meet and photograph, and the fact that he was willing to try out any of my suggestions made him a great subject! We met the week before school started on a particularly muggy day but you wouldn’t know it from his smile and great attitude. He brought along his guitar and I talked him into playing a little bit for me while I photographed him and I have to say he’s pretty good. This session took place in Sherwood which is out of my usual area so I did some quick location scouting earlier in the day and was happy to find a few spots that gave us an “urban feel” and even managed to find one wall with graffiti. We also hit up a few local parks that had some great spots too, certainly was nice to try out a new area!
